Privacy Policy

Effective August 1, 2026

The short version

This policy describes how Remac handles personal information from its public website, waitlist, and communications. We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for cross-site advertising.

Who we are

Remac Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Remac,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), controls the personal information described in this policy. Contact us at hi@remac.io.

Information we collect

We collect the following information in connection with the public website and waitlist:

  • Waitlist information: name, email address, optional company and use-case information, submission source, and whether you request Pioneer consideration.
  • Communications: messages, feedback, and diagnostic information that you choose to send.
  • Website and security data: IP address, request metadata, device and browser information, and security-log information produced when you use the website or submit a form.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • operate the website and waitlist;
  • review Pioneer requests and communicate about access;
  • send the beta and launch emails that you request;
  • respond to messages and investigate reported problems;
  • protect Remac, users, and third parties from fraud or misuse;
  • improve the website and Remac; and
  • meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting Remac. The basis depends on the purpose and applicable law.

How we protect information

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards that are appropriate to the information and risk. Waitlist email addresses are encrypted at the application layer. Traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or cross-site tracking cookies on the public website. The waitlist does not require an account or an authentication cookie. If this practice changes, we will update this policy and provide any consent control required by law.

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information to providers that operate the public website, backend, database, infrastructure, and security controls. Their access is limited to the work they perform for Remac.

We can also disclose information when law requires it, to protect rights or security, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer. We do not sell personal information.

International processing

Remac and its providers process information in the United States and can process website request data in other locations through global infrastructure. If information moves across borders, we use the safeguards required by applicable law.

Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including security, dispute, and legal purposes. Waitlist entries are scheduled for deletion 90 days after submission. Communications and security records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for their purpose.

You can request deletion at hi@remac.io. We can retain information that law requires us to keep, information needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements, and de-identified information that no longer identifies you.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing and waitlist email through the method in the message or by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you can have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, restrict or object to some processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision. You can also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority. Send a request to hi@remac.io. We can verify your identity before completing a request.

Children

Remac is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information.

Changes to this policy

We can update this policy as our products, providers, and legal obligations change. We will change the date above and provide any additional notice required by law. A Privacy Policy describes our processing. We will ask for consent when consent is required for a new purpose.
